The flawless RTA in February and Carpenters` communication were shocking. It took almost 2 months to be seen by a doctor for evaluation and had virtually no contact with them in the last 7-8 months. My claim has now been passed on between 3 different lawyers, with conflicting information in the emails I received regarding my claim. No one seems to have the slightest idea and it is impossible to contact them by phone. As if an accident wasn`t traumatic enough, then having to deal with this incompetence and having the event hang over you like a dark cloud for months is simply terrible.
