This means that to purchase any of these firearms, you`ll need to go through a thorough application and background check, file photos and fingerprints, pay a $200 tax stamp, and wait a long time to determine if your purchase is approved or rejected. However, we see a method under the current ATF rules that would allow them to be a banned NFA accessory for pistols, even without regulation or change in law, noting that designers and creators of pistol braces should be actions for them, and using pin design and advertising as a way to allow gun stocks without SBR registration. If your checklist earns too many points, you will lose the game and your AR pistol with the stabilizer mount will fall into the territory of the SBR rifle.
