Mannheim Law School The Mannheim Law School consistently ranks among the top law school groups in Germany. Because of its small size, our law school has an excellent student-faculty ratio. The Faculty of Law in Mannheim is the first law school in Germany to introduce a modern Bachelor of Law program, called Bachelor Corporate Lawyers, while maintaining the high standards of the state examination system. With this innovative program, the Faculty of Law has set a new standard for compliant law programs in Bologna, Germany. Exchange students must take the majority of their courses at the school where they will enroll. The Faculty of Law in Mannheim is the first law school in Germany to introduce a modern Bachelor of Law program, called the „Bachelor Corporate Lawyer”, while maintaining the high standards of the state legal examination system. The program combines modules from the Faculty of Law (thematic focus on business law) and the School of Business (emphasis on human resources or taxes and accounting). It allows the simultaneous study of law and economics[2] and ends after 6 semesters (3 years) with a bachelor`s degree. It is the first bachelor`s degree in Germany that can be followed by a master`s degree in business administration, a master`s degree in law or the state examination. Since the number of students enrolled in the program is small, you can learn effectively and at your own pace while maintaining a high level of achievement – a huge advantage in my opinion. So far, companies have always responded very positively when I mentioned this program, so I expect great career prospects after graduation. When I was studying law at the University of Mannheim, the environment was excellent. Teachers and teachers are very supportive. It is obvious that they want their students to succeed because they give them advice tailored to their individual situation.
And by joining Pro Bono, a student organization that provides legal advice, I was able to apply my theoretical knowledge to real-life cases right from the start.
