WBU makes every effort to maximize its contribution to nation-building. Aligarh Muslim University, which lives up to its reputation as one of the leading centres of excellence in legal education, excelled in the latest ranking. Therefore, the results of research conducted at the University at local, international and interdisciplinary levels can be applied in practice.
Students receive a comprehensive education and graduates are equipped with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to meet the needs of the economy as well as the public sector. The faculty works to develop respect for academic values in the changing contemporary world and remains open to the challenges of today`s demands and needs of its students and faculty members. With the idea of bringing radical changes in legal education in India to make it more modern, socially relevant, economically viable and professionally career-oriented, efforts are being made to revise the curriculum and the new syllabus as needed, which we have included in our curriculum, namely Competition Law, cyber law, banking law and law. Mining law, food law, banking and insurance law, international trade law, etc.
