When you make your first transaction, we will ask you to choose how often we should ask you for your password for future transactions. If you enable Touch ID for transactions, we will ask you to authenticate all transactions with your fingerprint, and if you enable Face ID for transactions, we will ask you to authenticate all transactions with facial recognition. Apple will charge the selected payment method (for example, Your credit card, debit card, gift card/code, or any other method available in your home country) for all paid transactions, including applicable taxes. If you`ve also added it to your Apple Wallet, Apple can charge the selected payment method in Apple Wallet with Apple Pay. If we are unable to charge the payment method you have selected for any reason (e.g. expiration or insufficient funds), you will remain responsible for any uncollected amount and we will attempt to debit the payment method again as you may update your payment method information.
If you pre-order content, you will be charged for the content when the content is delivered to you (unless you cancel before the content is available). In accordance with local laws, Apple may update information about the payment method you have selected if that information is provided by your financial institution. Content prices are subject to change at any time. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision. To ensure immediate change, we recommend that you use „Report a Problem” to cancel all items except subscription services in third-party apps, Apple Music, iTunes Match, Series Pass, Multi-Pass, and unredefiled iTunes gifts purchased directly from Apple. Excluded items can be canceled by contacting iTunes Support. Subscription services can only be cancelled after the original subscription and not at each automatic renewal. You also have the right to inform us via the model withdrawal form below or by any other clear statement. If you use Report a Problem, we will notify you immediately of the confirmation of receipt of your cancellation. An Apple ID may be required to use our Services and access your Content. An Apple ID is the account you use in the Apple ecosystem. Use of Game Center is subject to this Agreement and also requires a Game Center account. Apple is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Please contact Apple if you think your account has been compromised. Ask to buy: Ask to buy is a handy feature that allows an organizer to approve transactions initiated by a family member under the age of 18 (or the equivalent age of majority in your home country). The Organizer must be the parent or guardian of a family member for whom Ask to Buy is activated. Content shared by family members or purchased through content codes may not be the subject of the purchase requisition. The Services and certain Applications may allow you to purchase access to the Content or Services on a subscription basis („Paid Subscriptions”). Paid subscriptions automatically renew until they are cancelled in the Manage Subscriptions section of your account settings. We will notify you when the price of a paid subscription increases and, if necessary, obtain your consent to continue. Fees will be charged no later than 24 hours before the start of the last paid subscription period. If we are unable to charge your payment method for any reason (e.g. expiration or insufficient funds) and you have not cancelled the paid subscription, you will remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and we will attempt to charge the payment method as you can update your payment method information. This may result in a change in the start of your next paid subscription period and change the date you will be billed for each period. We reserve the right to cancel your paid subscription if we are unable to charge your payment method to renew your subscription. Some paid subscriptions may offer a free trial before you charge your payment method. If you choose to opt out of a paid subscription before we start charging for your payment method, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial expires.
