Kris Webb has over 30 years of international experience across the full range of HR functions. She has led large P&C teams with roles in Australia and around the world, including Europe, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Japan and Asia across a variety of industries. This role is suitable for candidates who wish to leave an entry-level position in private practice and enter an industry-based role. Experience is preferable, but it also takes into account those who want to develop their skills and learn in a supportive team environment David`s long legal career includes a long-standing role as a partner at Allens Linklaters, where he gained an in-depth knowledge of competition law and regulatory law with a focus on merger approvals, regulatory investigations and major litigation. During this time, David worked closely with coles` team on regulatory requests regarding supplier negotiations and private label products. Darren has over 25 years of experience in international retail and an impressive track record of delivering results, driving change and leading highly engaged teams. He knows the spirits industry inside out, having managed it at Morrisons, ASDA and Tesco.

Daniella has a long career in law, governance and corporate secretarial work, including a 14-year career at Incitec Pivot, an ASX-listed industrial chemicals company. This included five years as company secretary and before that as managing director of corporate governance and compliance. Daniella began her career as a lawyer at Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson), where she advised on major corporate transactions. Charlie is responsible for finance, treasury, strategy, business development, investor relations, insurance and real estate. With over 25 years of experience, Matthew has an in-depth knowledge of retail. Prior to joining Coles Group, George was Commercial/CFO for Supermarkets and Convenience Products at Metcash/IGA for four years and CFO at Fantastic Holdings for four years. He was CFO at Delfin Lend Lease and began his career at Arthur Andersen. Most recently, he has been Chief Commercial Officer of Morrison`s Group in the UK since 2015.

Previously, he was Chief Commercial Officer of british home improvement company Kingfisher, CEO of household and fashion retailer Matalan and Commercial Director of ASDA/Walmart Group. He spent the first 18 years of his career at Tesco, first as a buyer and rising to the position of Commercial Director. Steven was previously Chief Executive Officer of Supermarkets and Convenience Products at Metcash Limited. He was also Managing Director of Carlton Communications plc, a ftse 100 media group company, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the holding company at Pacific Equity Partners, a private equity firm. He also served as Group Marketing Director, Head of Store Development and Head of the Asda (UK) grocery business during the turnaround and held positions at Kingfisher plc, a UK retail group, and Bain & Company. Prior to joining Coles, Sally was General Manager of Corporate Affairs at Sydney Airport for nearly eight years. Sally holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. She is a member of Chief Executive Women and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. This could be the very first step in an exciting new career with us – a fresh start. He spent eight years at NAB in various roles and earned his CIO degree for banks and markets. He began his career in management consulting at Accenture, working on large-scale business transformations in Europe and Asia. John focuses on culture to create lasting change and innovation to create value for the customer. Sally was previously CEO of the Australian Hotels Association, New South Wales Branch, The Australian Hotels Association, Northern Territory Branch and is a former lawyer. Leah was appointed Managing Director of Commercial & Express in April 2022 and is responsible for the supermarket, non-food, dairy, freezer, convenience, fresh produce, meat and delicatessen businesses. She is also responsible for Coles` own brand, store development, export, food manufacturing facilities and Coles Express` operations.
