Jim earned an AB magna laude degree from Columbia University and was elected Phi Beta Kappa. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago School of Law. Bibhuti has been associated with Arch Legal Services as a legal articling student since 2020 and currently holds the position of Partner. She specializes in corporate and commercial law and currently assists clients in various legal matters such as legal due diligence, corporate compliance, research and preparation of various clients` commercial and legal documents under the supervision of the firm`s licensed lawyers. She also supports lawyers in legal research and litigation.
Patricia B. Carlson is Assistant General Counsel. Pat joined the Office of Legal Services in November 2017 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining this office, Pat was a partner in the law firm of Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella and represented the Archdiocese of Chicago for over thirty years while serving in several law firms. She has spent her legal career primarily in the legal and tax field for non-profit clients. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and her Juris Doctor from Northwestern University.
