Health services may be provided to a person with limited active legal capacity without consent if two conditions described in the law of obligations are met at the same time. In addition, a doctor has the right to decide whether a health service is in the patient`s interest, even if the patient`s legal representative does not agree with him. In the case of a person with limited active legal capacity, consent to the provision of health services must be obtained from his or her legal representative, i.e. his or her guardian.
